When do I have to order everything I need for my trade fair participation?

In general, all orders should be made at least one month before the beginning of the fair, particularly because some companies might have bottle-necks or difficulties  in delivery. In addition, some companies charge an extra fee for orders on short notice.

Which companies are DEFINITELY NOT business partners of the organiser?

We have been notified that every now and then, the companies Construct Data Verlag GmbH, Vösendorf/Austria and expoGuide (Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV) contact our exhibitors for their fair guide ( They give the impression of being connected to the organiser of the fair and of asking for permission for an entry in the online list of exhibitors of FORUM VINI. Please note that the entry in our online directory remains free of charge!

We have tried to have our trade fairs deleted from their directory, up to now unfortunately without success. In many cases, the data online is wrong or outdated. We dissociate from the company Construct Data. Please let us know if you wish to receive two judgements by German courts against this company from 2004.
